We want you to understand how coverage works before you buy. Please keep your receipt and all warranty documents provided with your appliance.
If your appliance has a verified mechanical or functional problem within 30 calendar days of purchase, contact MD Appliances promptly. Proof of purchase, the model number and the serial number may be required. The appliance may need to be inspected before coverage is approved. Eligible working-condition issues will be handled by MD Appliances in accordance with the purchase agreement, which may include repair, replacement, exchange or an approved return depending on the circumstances.
Beginning on day 31, eligible mechanical and functional problems for qualifying purchases are handled through the applicable Appliance Shield Limited Warranty administered by Consumer Priority Service. The supplied warranty provides parts and labor coverage for up to one year, subject to its coverage limits, exclusions and any applicable deductible.
Disclosed scratches, dents, scuffs and other cosmetic imperfections that do not affect normal operation are not mechanical or functional problems. Scratch-and-dent appliances may have visible cosmetic conditions that are shown or disclosed before purchase.
Coverage may exclude damage or problems caused by improper installation or transportation, misuse or abuse, unauthorized repairs, incorrect electrical, gas, water or ventilation connections, rust, missing or altered serial numbers, commercial use, installation corrections, cosmetic damage and other conditions listed in the complete warranty agreement.
